Shared Office Space Licence Agreement
The host may suspend, by notice, the provision of services (including access to space) for reasons of political unrest, strikes, terrorism, acts of God or other events that are not properly controlled by the host or host owner. This contract automatically ends if the space is rendered unusable as a result of a fire, another accident or conviction. Between the host and the customer, all the proceeds of a conviction belong to the host and all the host`s insurance revenues are retained by the host and belong to the host. The host may also suspend the provision of services (including any service) in the event of renovation or repair of the space or building, by moving to another room inside the building or, if necessary, at a reasonable cost to the host. You must properly take care of damage, waste or changes to space or space from the host to which the space belongs (the “host area”) or the building, and not make any changes. You may not modify, complete, replace, remove or damage any personal items, equipment or other objects in, on or around the space, in community facilities, in the reception area or in public spaces that are not in the possession of you or your guests, “Host Personal Property”). After the expiry or termination of this contract, you must deliver the disk space and all personal property of the host in good condition, normally animated and with the exception of the host. If damage (beyond normal wear) occurs inside or at the host`s personal property while you are in your custody, custody or control, you agree to pay the appropriate repair and repair costs and immediately notify the host if this damage is detected, but no later than 8 hours later. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests in space, community organizations, public spaces, the host`s personal property or building.
YOU DISCLAIM AND WAIVE ALL WARRANTIEN WITH RESPECT ON HOST PERSONAL PROPERTY, BOTH EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In the not-so-distant past, corner offices were necessary because they represented power and prestige. Only the oldest partners or high-level executives were able to secure such spaces. In the age of startups and new technologies, “home work” has returned to normal and flexible and collaborative atmospheres have begun to shape most work environments. More and more businesses are moving away from traditional offices, and corner offices are not as well as they used to be. For these reasons, co-sharing agreements are becoming increasingly popular and users, licensees and their respective advisors need to be aware of their legal implications. You are responsible for damage to the host`s space or personal property that goes beyond normal wear and tear. The host has the right to check the state of the space from time to time and to make the necessary repairs. You are responsible for insuring your personal property against all risks and your responsibility to and to your employees and guests.
